Fox Flight: Job Manager
Providing 24-hour, year-round emergency air ambulances is no easy task. And supporting this ambitious business requires a management system that tracks every aspect of Fox Flight's day-to-day operations.
So we designed a Job Manager to de-centralize the management of staff, the quoting of jobs and the deployment of commercial and Air Ambulance flights. With the ability to manage staff, quotes and active jobs remotely, Fox Flight can operate much more efficiently. It also allows them to easily track and respond to last-minute or off-hour requests. This customized system is equivalent to a 24/7 administrative employee - without the need for a salary or Christmas bonus.

Fox Flight Training
Grading certification tests by hand is both tedious and time-consuming - and it doesn't help get real work done. That was the problem Fox Flight faced certifying new nurses and existing employees for orientation and upgrades. Tracking and charting past performance wasn't easy, either. We quickly developed and deployed a full-scale training application to manage orientation testing, ongoing employee competency evaluations and chart employee performance, all in compliance with industry standards.
Quality Management System
Keeping up-to-date on procedures, processes and resource allocation can be a daunting process for any business, big or small. We deployed a QMS integrated with Fox Flight's Job Manager, segmenting their tracking requirements into the following categories:
Operations management tracking suppliers, equipment orders, employee performance reviews, and training using existing employee profiles, certifications, compliance and training requirements
Maintenance
organizing and managing equipment, creating equipment service schedules; tracking repairs, documents and
decommissioned equipment
Issue tracking
tracking issues and concerns throughout Fox Flight's day-to-day operations all the way through to

IT Infrastructure Support
Completing our intimate relationship with Fox Flight is our ongoing IT consulting and support. From ensuring that their office’s computers are running smoothly, to setting up and deploying the industry-standard Flight Operations System (FOS) and managing their Exchange server, we're always there to help out.
Our recommendations have led to a switch in cell phone providers that resulted in thousands of dollars saved in both airtime and data roaming charges, as well as upgraded office equipment and the ability for staff to securely access office data from remote locations.
